Our weekly extensive reports include photos of the progress on the site and a review of all discussed points at the site meetings between builder, architect & technical architect.
We cordinate all phases of a villa building project by understanding clients’ needs, establishing the project objectives, and controlling delivery of the project in terms of quality, budget and schedule.
Once the design and specifications are agreed between client and architect, we will review them for budget consideration, and then put the project out to tender to principle building contractors. All contractors’ proposals are considered and compared before being presented to the client with recommendations and contractual advice regarding terms and conditions, retentions, late completion penalties etc.
Only those builders will selected with a strong repution & track record, experience with our contemporary style and standards of construction and meet financial requirements in terms of solvability.
Obviously, we will also assist the client in selecting finishing materials, kitchens, bathrooms, domotics, home cinema, tiling, carpintery, etc. We have an extensive network of reputable suppliers, (sub)contractors and professionals, both locally and at national & international level.
